This well-equipped family home is just a short walk from the famous harbour, which boasts a variety of restaurants and shops.

Please be aware that permanent residents live at the back of the house. They have their own private entrance.

The home can accommodate 4-6 people maximum (children included).

The first bedroom has a double bed and faces the road. It includes built-in cupboards (BIC).

The second bedroom also has a double bed facing the road and comes with BIC.

The third bedroom features a single bed and overlooks the backyard.

The bathroom includes a shower over the bath, a basin, and a WC. Bedding is provided, but guests must bring their own towels.

The open-plan area consists of a kitchen and TV room.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, electric stove/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, frypan, and snackwich maker.

There is a TV with an OVHD decoder.

Uncapped fibre internet is available.

Outside, there is a built braai accessible via the kitchen. A braai grid is provided, although you’re welcome to bring your own.

A sun umbrella and outdoor chairs will be provided.

The front yard is open for use.

Unfortunately, the backyard is not available as it is private for the permanent tenant.
