This family home is well-equipped and situated just 50 meters from Silversands Beach, adjacent to the beach parking area, and boasts a view of the mountain.

It can accommodate 6-9 people maximum (including children) and offers 3-4 bedrooms along with two bathrooms.

The first bedroom features a double bed. There are two additional bedrooms, each with one double bed. The garage has been transformed into a children’s bedroom with one bunk bed and one single bed, leading to a lounge that opens to the backyard. One bathroom includes a bath, basin, and WC, while the other has a shower, basin, and WC.

Guests are provided with bedding but need to bring their own towels.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room area opens out to the backyard with a covered stoep.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, gas oven/stove, microwave, gas kettle, electric kettle, conventional 2-plate oven, toaster, and fridge. There is a bin with a black bag in the pull-out drawer next to the dishwasher. The dining area has a 5-seater table.

Entertainment options include a TV with OVHD (guests should bring their own DStv decoder and card), Wi-Fi, and an inverter for lights, TV, and Wi-Fi. There is also a fireplace (guests should bring their own wood).

Outside, there is a built braai area with a semi-covered patio and a braai grid provided (guests may bring their own grid and wood). The yard is semi-enclosed.
