This cozy and well-equipped 2-bedroom family home offers mountain views and is centrally located.

It accommodates a maximum of 4-5 people (2-4 adults, 1 child).

The main bedroom features a double bed and a loose fan.

The second bedroom contains two ¾ beds.

Bedding is provided – guests must bring their own towels.

There are two single sleeper couches in the TV area for children only, with bedding provided.

The bathroom includes a bath with an in-bath shower and WC, plus there is a separate WC and basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric oven/gas plates, gas kettle, convection/air fryer oven, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. A coffee machine is available (capsules not provided). Cutlery and crockery are provided.

Entertainment options include a smart TV with Disney, Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Bluetooth, DStv, and a Bluetooth speaker. Board games are also provided.

Wi-Fi is available.

The property has an enclosed yard with safe indoor parking (it’s advisable to park on the right side in front of the house during winter).

A treehouse and swing are available (use at your own risk). The client/parents are fully responsible for the safety of their children – the owner and rental company assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or death.

An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is provided, along with an outdoor braai and a small braai grid. Guests are welcome to bring their own braai grid.

The home is pet-friendly for small lap dogs (smaller than a Jack Russell) by pre-arrangement only.

Pets must have their own bed and are not allowed on the beds or any furniture.

Holiday Home Rules:

No loud music or noise levels after 10:00 pm.

No parties or events.

No day visitors.

No smoking indoors (smoke must be kept away from open windows and doors to prevent it from entering the house).
