This charming and well-furnished 3-bedroom family home boasts a spacious enclosed backyard with mountain views. It comfortably accommodates 4-6 people, including children.

The main bedroom features a double bed, TV, and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower, corner bath, basin, and WC. The second and third bedrooms each offer a double bed and TV. Bedding is provided, but guests are required to bring their own towels.

There is an additional bathroom equipped with a bath, basin, and WC.

The home has an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well-appointed with a washing machine, electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and kettle. A large-screen TV with OVHD decoder is available for entertainment.

Guests can enjoy the cozy semi-covered veranda/stoep, which affords a view of the backyard and the mountains.

For outdoor enjoyment, there is a (Boma) braai area under the trees and a mobile braai. An outdoor shower with warm and cold water is also available, along with mobile table tennis and a dartboard, complete with accessories.

Parking is convenient with one single garage on the right side and ample space in front of the garage.

The backyard is enclosed, while the front yard remains open.
