Located in Betty’s Bay, this suite is attached to the owner’s home, featuring a private entrance and ensuring guest privacy. The suite opens onto a patio furnished for outdoor enjoyment and is pet-friendly. It accommodates a maximum of 1-2 people (children included), offering a queen-size bed with a full en-suite bathroom that includes a shower, bath, basin, and WC, boasting an ocean view. Linen, towels, an extra blanket, a heater/fan, and a hairdryer are provided. The open-plan bedroom/kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, mini-bar fridge, and cutlery. Guests are welcomed with starter amenities such as coffee, tea, sugar, rusks, wine, a variety of cereals, milk, margarine, Provita crackers, honey, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Entertainment is provided by a plasma screen TV with DStv (Compact Plus Package). The room is situated on the right side of the house, with secure parking available on the same side (open yard). Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Indoor smoking is prohibited. Dishwashing liquid and a dishcloth are provided. The holiday home rules include: no loud noise or music after 10:00 pm, no parties/events, no indoor smoking, no day visitors, and pets must have their own bedding and feeding bowls. Pets should not disturb the neighbors, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets before departure.
