Entertainment options include a smart TV with OVHD (own DStv decoder and card required), and two bicycles. The property features a key lockup box, remote alarm, and an enclosed yard. The upstairs area boasts an open-plan kitchen and living space with a fridge, microwave, electric oven with gas plates, and kettle.
