Bottom Floor: – 4 bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower, basin, and WC.- 1st bedroom with a queen bed.- 2nd bedroom with a double bed.- 3rd bedroom with a double bed.- 4th bedroom with a double bed.- Optional 5th bedroom with 2 single bunk beds.- Two additional bathrooms, one with a bath, basin, and WC, and another with a shower, basin, and WC. Enjoy a spacious living room that opens onto a balcony with stunning ocean views. Entertainment includes a TV with DStv (half package) or bring your own DStv card and decoder. Top Floor:- Experience the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that leads out to a wooden balcony.- The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a gas stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, and built-in cabinets.- Amenities include a dishwasher and washing machine.- Have fun with a pool table (cues and balls provided).- There’s an outdoor built braai in the backyard. Please note:- No smoking indoors.- No animals allowed.- You are in a permanent residential area, so no parties or events are allowed (be considerate of noise levels; complaints from the body corporate may lead to a loss of your deposit).- Off-street parking is available in front of the house.- To respect our neighbors who are permanent residents, we enforce a 2-3 car maximum policy as we are in a cul-de-sac and additional cars may cause congestion. Rules for all holiday homes:- No loud noise or music after 10:00 pm.- No parties or events.- No smoking indoors.- No day visitors.- No pets allowed.
