This accommodation, attached to the owner’s home with a private entrance, is perfect for a couple seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. It’s a short walk to the main beach/lagoon and located on 2nd Avenue. It sleeps 2-3 people (2 adults, 1 small child) and includes one bedroom with a shower, basin, and WC, one double bed, and one sleeper couch. Bedding for both the bed and sleeper couch, as well as towels, are provided.

The unit features a small open-plan kitchen and lounge, equipped with a 2-plate stove, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There’s a built-in braai area and semi-covered parking in front of the unit. A TV with Open View is also included. Rules for all holiday homes are as follows: No loud noise or music after 10:00 pm, no parties/events, no indoor smoking, no day visitors, and pets are allowed with conditions. Pets must have their own bed and feeding bowls, are not allowed on furniture, and must not disturb the neighbors. Clients are responsible for cleaning up after their pets before departure.
