This splendid property comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests, including children. 

First bedroom: Features a double bed with a view to the front.

Second bedroom: Comes with a double bed, built-in cupboards, and a front view.

Third bedroom: Contains two ¾ beds, built-in cupboards, and a front view.

Main bedroom: Equipped with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom including a shower, basin, WC, built-in cupboards, and a standalone fan.

The bathroom is roomy, with a shower, basin, and WC.

Guests are provided with bedding and must bring their own towels.

The expansive living/dining area opens up to the backyard and braai area.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an electric stove with an oven.

A fireplace is available for use.

The laundry room is outfitted with a washing machine.

Entertainment includes a TV with an Android TV Box (instructions available in-house). The DStv App is installed; guests can log in with their DStv Now credentials or use Google and the preloaded YouTube. Guests are reminded to log out before departure.

Card games and puzzles are provided for leisure.

The property is accessible for wheelchairs.

Parking is facilitated by a double garage.

The residence is pet-friendly, though pets are not permitted on furniture and beds.

An outdoor built braai is ready for use, complete with a braai grid and Swart Potjie.

For smaller gatherings, a portable braai can be used in front of the house.

Outdoor seating includes eight plastic chairs, a collapsible table, and a sun umbrella.

The property is fully enclosed, both front and back.

Security is ensured with an alarm system and perimeter beams.

Entry is through an electric gate.

Indoor parking is secure and available for guests.
