Available only during the December/January school holidays, this well-equipped 3-bedroom family home features a lapa with a semi-enclosed outdoor braai area and an indoor braai. It’s conveniently located close to the Spar Shopping Centre and a short walk from the Main Beach/Lagoon. The home accommodates 3-6 people max (including children) and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there’s an open-plan kitchen and living room with an indoor braai, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom features a queen bed and opens onto a deck with a distant sea view. There’s a kids’ bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) and another bedroom with a double bed and mountain view. Bedding and swim towels are provided (guests must bring their own bath towels). There’s also a full bathroom, a TV room with OVHD (guests need their own DStv decoder and card), Wi-Fi, a cozy lapa, and a semi-covered outdoor braai area (braai wood is provided). Safe indoor parking is available in front of the double garage, and additional parking on the grass is allowed. The yard is enclosed, but please note that pets are not allowed. Rules for all holiday homes include no loud noise or music after 10 pm, no parties/events, no smoking indoors, no day visitors, and no pets.
