Accommodates 4-5 people maximum (including children), with a configuration of 4 adults and 1 child.

This neatly arranged open-plan house features two bedrooms and is conveniently located next to the main road, within walking distance to shops and the beach.

The main bedroom includes one double bed and an en-suite with a shower, basin, and toilet, and faces the main road. The second bedroom has two single beds and overlooks the backyard. There is also a small room with a double bed accessible from the kitchen. A full bathroom is available with a bathtub, shower, basin, and toilet. Bedding is provided, but guests are required to bring their own bath or swim towels.

The living area is open-plan with the kitchen, which is equipped with gas plates (no oven), a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and a top-loader washing machine. A TV with OVHD is also provided.

Parking includes a single garage and additional off-street parking in front of the house.

The property features an open front yard and an enclosed backyard. A loose braai drum is available for use. Please note that pets are strictly not allowed.

Rules for all holiday homes include:
– No loud noise or music after 10:00 pm.
– No parties or events are allowed.
– Indoor smoking is prohibited.
– Day visitors are not permitted.
– Pets are not allowed.
