Discover a spacious and beautiful 3-bedroom family home, complete with a cozy semi-enclosed patio and a pool table for entertainment. Situated within walking distance to the Penguin Reserve and the beach in Betty’s Bay, this home offers the tranquility of nature and fresh air in a magical setting. It accommodates 6-8 people maximum, including children. The first bedroom features one double bed, the second also has a double bed, and the third contains two bunk beds (four single beds) plus a double sleeper couch. Bedding and towels are provided. There’s a full bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and WC, as well as a separate guest WC. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and kettle. Enjoy the open-plan lounge/dining room with an indoor braai. The TV requires you to bring your own decoder and smart card (it’s a smart TV, so you can stream movies). Wi-Fi is available. The patio is a cozy spot with 4 and 6-seater dining tables, a pool table, and a dart board. The enclosed backyard features a volleyball net, swing ball, trampoline, sandpit, and swing for children. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub or use the portable outdoor braai. The open front yard leads to a single lock-up garage. This pet-friendly home has rules to ensure a pleasant stay: no loud noise or music after 10 pm, no parties/events, no indoor smoking, no day visitors, and pets should have their own bed and feeding bowls, not be on furniture or beds, and not disturb the neighbors. Clients must clean up after their pets before departure.
