*NO Loud Noise Levels and Loud Music allowed after 22h00pm.
*NO Parties allowed.
*NO Day Visitors allowed.
*NO Smoking Indoors allowed.
*Pet Friendly Home = Not allowed on any beds and furniture. Pets need to have their own Feeding bowls, beds and bedding. Pets are not to be a disturbance to the neighbours. Clients need to clean the yard before leaving the premises.
