This three-bedroom semi-detached house is situated within a secure complex that operates around the clock. A short walk down a path leads directly to the waterfront. The complex boasts a wide array of recreational facilities suitable for both adults and children, including swimming pools, mini-golf, tennis courts, a fitness center, billiard tables, squash, volleyball, a bar, a convenience store, and a laundry service.

The home can comfortably house up to six guests, children included.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes an en-suite bathroom featuring a combined shower and bathtub, a washbasin, and a toilet. The second bedroom is similarly equipped with a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. Fresh, clean bed linen is provided for guests, but they must bring their own towels. There is also a second bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Guests have the pleasure of using the built-in barbecue on the veranda, which offers a view of the ocean.
