Cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the expansive ocean view from our Sleeper Home with an attached flatlet, located in Kleinmond, just a 1.5-hour drive from Cape Town. This home can comfortably sleep 4 guests, including children.  Fully equipped kitchen, and an open yard. Please note that pets are not permitted.

The property includes an outdoor braai drum and is wheelchair accessible.  The home accommodates up to 4 people and offers a spacious 2 bedroom layout. The open-plan living room boasts a stunning ocean view, situated opposite the coastal pathway and near the harbour and Palmiet Beach. The main bedroom has Queen Size beds with an ocean view, the second bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, Bedding is provided, but please bring your own towels.

The home features wooden floors, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room has a cozy fireplace, an ocean view, and a 6-8 seater dining table.  There’s a loose braai/Weber on the deck (use the deck railing at your own risk). The enclosed deck is furnished with 2 plastic tables and 8 chairs. The property is non-smoking, child/wheelchair friendly, and does not have a garage. There are no burglar bars but an alarm system is installed. Please adhere to the rules: no loud noise or music after 10 pm, no parties/events, no indoor smoking, no day visitors, and no pets.
