This Large Family Home, nestled on the mountainside just outside of town, boasts magnificent mountain vistas and distant ocean views. Unwind in the splash pool while soaking up the scenery.

Accommodates 6-18 people maximum (including children).
(4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms).

*GROUND FLOOR:
One bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed.
1st Bedroom: Double Bed.
2nd Bedroom: Double Bed.
3rd Bedroom: Double Bed and a Bunk Bed (2x Single Beds).
Linen and towels are provided.

There are two bathrooms (one with a bath, basin, & WC; the other with a shower, basin, & WC).

*UPSTAIRS (Spacious LOFT):
The loft area offers:
3 sets of bunk beds (6x Single Beds), 2 Single Beds, 1 Double Bed, and 1 Queen Bed.
Linen and towels are provided.

There is one bathroom with a shower, basin, & WC.

The home features an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, two fridges, gas stove/oven, kettle, and toaster.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, assorted games, and two gas heaters. The home is also equipped with a solar geyser.

The large wooden deck features a splash pool (no barbecues on the deck due to high flammability).
There’s an outdoor built barbecue area on the side of the house (bring your own charcoal, wood, & firelighters).
The open yard is available (please use the barbecue area responsibly and do not dispose of hot coals in the bushes due to fire hazard).

The property is pet-friendly (by arrangement only, clients are responsible for their pets).

There is a strict no smoking policy indoors (if you smoke, please extinguish cigarette butts completely and dispose of them in the dustbin, not in the bushes, as they pose a severe fire hazard).

There is no television.

Cycling is not permitted on the farm, but local tracks maintained by Kleinmond Cycling are available with a permit. Contact details will be provided upon request.
