Discover a charming and well-appointed 3-bedroom self-catering beach cottage in a picturesque holiday town, approximately an hour’s drive from Cape Town. Enjoy stunning views of Betty’s Bay Mountains, just 100 meters from the beach.

3 bedrooms (2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite, 1 separate bathroom)

Main bedroom features a double bed with an en-suite shower, basin, and WC, plus a heater for chilly nights.
Second bedroom includes 2 single beds.
Third bedroom also has 2 single beds.
Bedding and towels are provided.
There is an additional bathroom with a shower, basin, and WC.

The cottage boasts an open-plan kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and complete sets of cutlery and crockery.
The open-plan kitchen/TV room contains a 6-seater wooden dining table with plastic chairs (suitable for outdoor use).
The dining area seats 6, and the lounge features a comfortable couch.
A flat-screen TV offers a full selection of DStv channels.

The property is fitted with a gas geyser.

Outside, there is a braai pit (grid included).
A semi-covered tiled patio offers views of the braai area and mountains.
An outdoor washing line is available.
There’s also an outdoor shower with hot water.

Please note:
– No smoking indoors (designated outdoor smoking areas are available).
– No pets are allowed.
– No loud music or parties are permitted.

Parking includes indoor space for 2 vehicles plus 1 trailer, and off-road parking for 2 additional vehicles.
The entrance is secured with a standard sliding gate.

For your safety, the cottage is equipped with an alarm system and clear bars on windows, as well as a safety gate at the glass sliding door.
