Cozy bachelor’s flat with a secure entrance, located just a 10-minute walk from the renowned Kleinmond Harbor, featuring restaurants and quaint shops.

The space includes an open-plan bedroom and TV room, furnished with:
– 1 double bed leading into a small kitchen
– 1 bathroom with a shower, basin, and WC accessible from the kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a 2-plate mini oven, a mini-fridge, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery, pots, and pans. A back door from the kitchen opens to a courtyard with a communal laundry room and washing lines.

Entertainment options include a TV with OpenView and a DVD player, or you can bring your own DStv decoder and card.

Parking is available in front of the house.

Please note, animals are not permitted (the owners have small dogs themselves).

The owners, who are newcomers to the area, plan to install a secure sliding door for private access to the apartment, among other updates.
